An excellent and concise book all must read, even if you've read it beforehand, it's better to go though it again for a renewal of faith. The book is well arranged dealing with extensive topics on fasting in simple english making it very readable even unto those less familiar with the language. I myself read it last year and found it really conducive, so I plan to read it again before the blessed month begins, encouraging you to do likewise.
