Teriyaki Steaks (Japanese recipe)

Chicken breast fillet ½ kg (steak cut)
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Butter or olive oil for frying
1 tbsp ginger (finely cut into julienne style)
2 cloves garlic crushed (1 tsp)
2 tbsp brown sugar
BBQ sauce 1 tbsp
Soya sauce ¾ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients except the butter.
Marinate overnight so that the juices get inside the chicken

Take 1 tbsp butter and a few drops olive oil and fry the steaks in it on medium heat.
Do not through the remaining marination left.
Put 1 tsp butter and a drop of oil in a pan and stir fry the marination .
Put this sauce on the cooked steaks to give the steaks a glaze
