The workshop was part of ongoing series of ELC s workshops being held for improving the professional skills of teachers working at English language centre of International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI).
The series of workshop was started under the title of New Ways in English Language Teaching with an aim to enhance capabilities to teach English language to students with adoption of modern approaches of teaching.
Those who conducted interactive sessions with teachers included head of ELC Muhammad Sheeraz besides Abdul Haseeb Khan Taj Nabi and Muhammad Atif Raja.
They apprised the participants about new ways in teaching of English language including phonetics and phonology listening speaking and reading skills.
The trainers also highlighted the role of modern technology in teaching of English language at classroom level. The workshop was attended by all teachers of the Centre.
