ALLHAMDULLILAH MAHEN AB KHATRAY SE BAHIR HAI! AND HUM SB DUA GO HAIN K ALLAH MIYAAN UNHAIN JALD SEHATYAABI DY AMEEN!
Kal Se abb tk kaafi logon ne jin jin ko Mahen ka pta lga bht tension me waqt guzara! And un ki taraf se Update k bhi muntazir rahay! Aise me kisi female moderator ya member k paas mahen ka koi contact number nahi tha jis pe call kr k khairiyat daryaaft ki ja skti!
Iss situation me tau hamein rameen ne inform kr dia per in case agar ksii ka koi relative TM pe na ho tau uss case me khairiyat daryaaft krna aik bht big problem hai!
My suggestion is to create a EMS (Emergency Contact System). This can be implemented in 2 ways.
1- Through Profile:
Make an option for EMS number and EMS name in our profiles that are not shown to TM but only administrator and can be called up for Emergency purposes by admin or any other staff if deemed necessary. This Number must never be in any case shared with any other person or given to any member of TM in any situation. This must be a optional field those who want to add their emergency numbers can use it and those who don't want to use it can easily ignore it!
2- Through PM:
The emergency numbers can be PM'ed to a designated staff member appointed by the Administrator and he/she can make a list of all those who shared their EMS number and EMS names and keep it confidential and then if required the designated staff member can check to find the khairiyat of any person!
Remember you can always use a female staff member for calling Females and a male staff member for calling male TM members!
Note: Yh sirf mahen ko daikh k aisi suggestion nahi dy rha! Sparkofighter and some other valueable members are also out of touch with TM! so yh system sb members k liay equally beneficial hai!
