wahhh great idea bro :-bd jo log apna emergency contact dena chahte hain dey can give it to amdinz jo ke private hi rakha jaye ga sab se, aur agar profile main option rakha jaye tu b ye sirf adminz k pass hi visible ho sakta hai n rest k pass invisible :)

yr i think boht zabardast or boht mufeed mashwara hai waqi main aisa hi hona chahye cz last time bint e ayesha(Allah unko jannat naseeb farmaye AMeen) wali tragedy pr b kafi confusion thi shak o shubhat the nd believe muje to abi tk yaqin nhi us bat pe kher ham sab yahan ek family ki tarha hi rehte hain to yeh boht hi zbardst idea hai or admins ko is pe seriously sochna chahiye

well, its a pretty good idea. laykin yeh kafi risky hai.. Number leak ho sakta hai kissi bhi terhan.
I mean profile may option dia ja sakta hai jo k sirf profile owner and admin+co admin+managers ko visible hoga.

Laykin agar khuda na khasta kal ko TM ka data compromise hota hai ya phir user apna password loose karta hai to wo information leak ho jaye gi. PM par bhi yeh sab kia ja sakta hai laykin risk same hai.

Sab say safest tareeqa jo mere zahen may ata hai wo yeh k I should create an email address like ECI AT TAFREEHMELA DOT COM jahan user yeh info send kar dein. And only admin and co admin will have the password for it. But what If we loose the password of that email address...

So overall its bit risky. Behter tareeqa yeh hoga k user apas may trusty friends k sath info share kar sakte hain. That all we can do for now.

Unless, you guys come up with something even better.

mere khayal me to yahan pe har kisi k ache frnds bane hote hain to frnds apas me number exchange kar lete hain thats enough .. admin and co-admin ko kese apna number de sakte hain hum? jub admin ko de sakte hain to wo sab members ko bhi de dein agar admin ko dene me muzahika nahi to ..

mairay pas ik or idea b ha.. email may info receive honay k baad ham wo info alag se diary wagiara may note kar lein or emails wagaira ko delete kar dein.. to kahi se b leak out honay k chances nai hongay.. wat do u think?

My suggestion is to create a EMS (Emergency Contact System). This can be implemented in 2 ways.

1- Through Profile:
Make an option for EMS number and EMS name in our profiles that are not shown to TM but only administrator and can be called up for Emergency purposes by admin or any other staff if deemed necessary. This Number must never be in any case shared with any other person or given to any member of TM in any situation. This must be a optional field those who want to add their emergency numbers can use it and those who don't want to use it can easily ignore it!

2- Through PM:
The emergency numbers can be PM'ed to a designated staff member appointed by the Administrator and he/she can make a list of all those who shared their EMS number and EMS names and keep it confidential and then if required the designated staff member can check to find the khairiyat of any person!

Remember you can always use a female staff member for calling Females and a male staff member for calling male TM members!

Note: Yh sirf mahen ko daikh k aisi suggestion nahi dy rha! Sparkofighter and some other valueable members are also out of touch with TM! so yh system sb members k liay equally beneficial hai!

The thread is open for further suggestions!
