I think shizu is emotional and immature to perform as moderator duties. Seap in good well talented girl. Shizu judges other first.. This is very dangerous for moderator.. A moderator should alway remain neatural. There are many mods in this foram who are immature to act as moderator or Admin.. They are @Hoorain @Shizu @Shiraz-Khan

On the other hand there are very good and cool moderator
@STAR24 @RedRose64 @Pari @Don @Seap

another reason apne dia k qualities nahi k staff duties handle kar saken.. to be honest b4 joining staff team i had no idea as well... but once i got in.. maine b bht kuch seekha.....

agar in points per staff choose karne hai... to i guess phir hardly koi b deserving hai for this rank....
