Then inhe alag plate may nikaal k rakh dein.. aik pateeli may pani garam kar k us may thora sa namak, thori se lal mirch powder, zeera daal k mix karain.. us neem garam pani may ye baray daal k 2 mints tak bhigo k rakhain.. phir pani se nikaal k hath se press kar k pani nikaal k alag rakh dein..
Dhai may chat masala, pissi cheeni 1 table spoon, namak 1 pinch daal k phaint lein.. us may ye baray rakh dein.. upper imli ki chutney, haray masalay ki chutney, ketchup or thoray se badam se garnish kar lein..
