NODELLS OMLATE

egg; 4 adad
nodalls pakit ;2 adad(chiken flaver)
half gadde hara dhania
hare mirchi bareek katte hove; 3
milk; 4 teb spone
oil; hasbay zarorat

METHOD

1.
nodals ko diye gaye tareqqay k motabiq boil kar k uska pani nikal day
2.eggs ko 1 bowl may dal kar ache tara beet kaaray
then us may milk,dhania fine chop kia howa,hare mircay bareek kate hove,or nodals k pakit may diya howa misala
eggs may shamil kar day,or ache tara beet karay,
ab ismay boil nodalls ko dal kar halkay hato say mix karay

then fri pen may 4,5 teb spoon oil dal kar garam karay,
then in eggs ko usk ander dal kar fry karay,
jub 1 side say golden brown hojaye to kafgeer ki madad say aram say palat day,

then apka mazedar nodalls omlate tayar hay

SPICEY CHINEES ROLL

band ghobi; 1 cup bareek katta howa(julian shape may)
shimla mirch;half cup bareek katta howa(julian shape may)
hare pyaz ; half cup bareek katta howa
matar; half cup boil kia howa
kali mirch kotti hove 1 1/2 teb spone
lal mirch kooti hove ;1 tea spone
soya sause ;1 teb spone
red chiile souse;1 teb spone
namak; 1 tea spone
chinees namak; 1 1/2 tea spone
chiken; obla howa,or shered kia howa (half cup)
eggs ; 2 adad
oil;hasbay zarorat
garlic paste;half tea pone
rool k manday;hasbay zarorat

METHOD

1.sab say pehlay 2 eggs ko 1 bowl may tor kar ache tara beet karay,usmay tora sa namak or kali mirch b dal day
2.then usko tora sa oil garam kar k omlate ki tara paka lay,
3.then chori ki madad say usk chotay chotay peace kar lay
4.ab dosre taraf 2 teb spone tak oil garam kar k usmay garlic ka paste dal kar fry karay
5.then usmay chiken boil dal kar tora sa bhoonay
6.ab usmay black paper,namak,chinees namak,soya souse,chille souse,crush red chilli or omalte k peaces,dal kar halka sa bhoonay

7.jub bhon jaye to ismay ghbbi,mater,or shimla mirch dal kar tez ansh par fry karay,
ta k sabziya tore naram b hojaye ,or unka pani b jald sok jaye,
8.then jub sabziyo ka pani ache tara sook jaye to ismay hare pyaz dal kar tora sa mix karay,
9.ab is amezay ko rool ki pathio par rak kar rool ki shape bana day.
10.then deep fry oil lay kar usay garam karay ache tara,or golden brown honay par rool fry kar k nikaltay jaye..

isay chiili garlic souse k sat serve karay
bht maza dengay...

Rice 1 kg
Chicken 1 Kg
Potatoes 4-5
National masala 1 packet large
tomatoes 3-4
Onion 2 medium brown
lehan adrak paste 2 table spoon
dhai 1 cup

Pan may lehsan adrak daal k allo dalain.. halka sa fry kar k dhai may packet masala daal k mix kar dein or ye allo may daal dein.. phir thora sa pani daal k alo ko halka sa ghalne k lie chore dein.. jab half done ho jayein to chicken daal k fry kar or dhakan laga k chore dein.. jab chicken achi tarhaan gaal jay to dhania podeena n hari mirchain daal k dhakan laga k alag rakh dein

Pateelay may pehle boil rice dalain.. us pay chicken ki layer.. again rice.. again chicken and top pay phir rice daal k food color, brown piyaaz daal, tomatoes daal k dum dein..
