here i've got 2 recipes, one is for sehri which is aloo ka paratha and second is fried chicken legs for aftaar
recipe for suhoorAloo ka Parathaingredients:
boiled potatoes- half kg
1 tea spoon of zeera
1 tea spoon of salt
1 tea spoon of ground red chilli
some green chilli and coriander( chopped)
flour(dough)
oil
butter or margarine
method:
aloo ko boil kar k mash kar len( aap spoon se b mash kar sakte hain ya grinder main b) den, ek frying pan main 2 table spoon oil len aur usey garam kar k zeera, nimak, mirch, coriander, chillies, aur aloo daal k unhain 2 minutes tak halki aanch pe fry kar len aur fir ek plate main nikal k thanda hone k liye thori der rakh den
den aap ghunday hue atta main se thora sa len aur baari baari round c shape main 2 small balls banayen aur un main s eek ko thora sa wide kar k us pe filling k liye jo paste banaya hai woh bhar k doosre ball se cover kar k side se bund kar den taa k filling bahir na aaye
aap belan ki madad se round c roti shape ka paratha banayen aur tawwa jala k jab garam ho jaye toh us pe butter ya margarine laga k paratha dono side se paka len

chicken legs
besan (gram/ground flour)
laal mirch
namak
water
method:
1-sab se pehle chicken ko saaf paani main acchi tarah saaf kar len. phir ek deep pan main chicken daal k isey halki aanch pe rakh den aur bilkul halki si nimak and mirch add kar k chicken ko mix kar den. make sure k aanch halki rahe aur pan ko lid se cover kar den taa k chicken steam aane ki wajah se soft ho jaye. saath saath thori der baad chamchay se hila den taa k woh jalne na paye
2- ek plastic k bowl ya deep plate main hasb-e-zaroorat besan len aur us maain hasb-e-zaiqa namak aur red ground chilli add kar k paani se mix kar len( make sure k paste na ziyada thin ho aur na hi thick)
3- jab chicken gal jaye toh usey kisi bartan main nikal k rakh len aur thori der thanda hone k liye rakh den. phir ek frying karahi main oil daal k usey garam kar len aur chicken legs ko ek ek kar k besan k paste main dip kar k karahi main daal den. dono taraf se jab chicken light brown ho jaye toh kisi bartan main nikal len aur chutni n salad k saath serve karen
