ricepi tu bht tyt laging bt pic show nae hoeingMy Ifaatr Dishh..!Russian Kabab with Green chilli Pakore..!!*Major Ingridiant..{For Russian Kabab}
1. Chicken-1/4 kg.
2. Potatoes-300 gms.
3. Carrot-100 gms.
4. Cabbage-100 gms.
5. French beans-3 to 4 pieces.
6. Capcicum-100 gms.
7. Meda-100 gms.
8. Chicken Stock-{water in which we will boil the chicken
that will also to be keep seperately}
* Minor Ingridiant..
1. Salt-As per taste.
2. Oil-2 big spoons+ for deep frying.
3. Ginger+Garlic+Green chilli paste-{2 spoons+2 spoons+As per taste}
4. Zeera-1/2 tea spoon.
5. kari leaves-5 to 6.
6. Eggs-3 to 4
7. Siwaeen.{for coating}
How to Make???
1. First boil the chicken for about half an hour in
an open container with a tea spoon of salt.
2. In another container boil potatoes too.
3. Fine choped all the vegetables which have mentioned above.
4. Now Boiled chicken k raisho ko haaton se alag kar len.
5. Mash boil potatoes.
6. In frying pan stir all the vegetables with 1 tea spoon of oil for about 5 mins.
7. In another frying pan Take 2 big spoons of oil{After oil get hot}
Add,,
Meda+Zeera+kari leaves stir it throughly,{Aftr 10 mins}
Add,,
Chicken+stired vegetables+Chicken stock..
Ginger+garlic+Green chilli paste.
Stir them well,,{till such period of time that mixture should
not stick to the cantainer}
Keep the mixture for cooling.
For Deep Frying...
1. Make oval shaped pieces..
2. Dip them in eggs.
3. Coated with siwaeen..
4. Deep fry them.
Russian Kabab's are ready to eat....
Green chilli pakore..
*Ingridiants:
1. Baisan-To make baisan paste{with water}+Red chilli powder+salt.
2. Green Chillies large ones.
3. Zeera powder -for stuffing.
4. Salt-As per taste.
5. Dry mango powder-for stuffing.
6. Oil-For deep fry.
How to make??
1. Cut the chillies from between in such a way that we can fill stuff in it..
2. Stuff chillies with {salt+zeera powder+dry mango powder }
3. Dip chillies in baisan And Deep fry them..
