Sub sai phele ek taslae mai aata aur namak mila kar gaundna hai..dehan rahe aata na ziyada sakh ho na ziyada naram..gaundh kar half hour kai liye rakh dein..aalo kai bhartein mai sare masale achi tarah milaen..tawa garam karen..ek aatae ka paira lein aur us par masala achi tarah sai lagaein..[hr ek aur paira lai kar use phele wale kai upar rakh kar kinakrun ko duba kar garam tawa kai upar daal dein pak jane par akhbar kai upar rakhein take oil jazab ho jayeb phr achar aur chatni kai sath pesh karein

Sub sai phele milk ko ubal lein phr custard powder shamil karein jb tak kai milk gharha na
ho jaye..jb ap ko lage kai milk gharha hogaya hai tu us mai sugar shamil karein aur 5 sai 10
min tak pakayen..phr room yemerature par thanda karein aur cake rusk shamil karein..badam
and pista kai decorate karen aur thanda hone kai liye rakh dein..phr pesh karein
